The Houston Texans have built a corporate brand that is the envy of the National Football League despite never reaching the playoffs and having won only 55 games through the first nine seasons.

Even without consistently winning, the Texans have sold out every home game since the team debuted in 2002.

Texans President Jamey Rootes credits the success of the brand so far with his focus on creating what he describes as "raving fans".
